The Department of Visual and Digital Design at the Faculty of Art Education, Helwan University, aims to produce graduates with high capability and efficiency that meet the highest international standards in the fields of visual and digital design, qualifying them to compete in meeting the demands of the local and international job market through creating an environment that supports creativity and innovation.
Designing distinguished programs in the fields of visual and digital design within an attractive academic and research environment, to prepare outstanding graduates capable of producing and presenting innovative design solutions to face future challenges in their field of specialization, supported by fundamental design skills such as innovative thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication, which help them address environmental and societal issues.
The Department of Visual and Digital Design studies artistic, scientific, and philosophical trends and their reflections in design, including the latest graphic programs, interactive technologies, and artificial intelligence and their applications in design. It places great emphasis on studying issues related to the environment, education, society, and sustainable development through research and applications that provide practical solutions.
